3. Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver the best results, you agree to:

• Respond to requests and feedback in a timely manner
• Provide accurate information about your business and goals
• Approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment Terms: Fees for services are due as specified in your service agreement. We typically require an upfront deposit before work begins, with remaining payments due according to the project milestones or monthly for retainer services.

Late Payments: Work may be paused if payment is more than 7 days overdue. A late fee of 5% may apply to overdue balances.

Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided for work already completed. If you're unhappy with our services, please contact us and we'll work to make it right.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you (logos, custom graphics, website designs, content, etc.).

However, we retain the right to:

• Use generic templates, frameworks, or tools we develop
• Display your project in our portfolio (unless you request otherwise in writing)
• Reuse general concepts and strategies across different clients

You warrant that any materials you provide to us (images, text, logos) don't infringe on third-party rights.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any sensitive business information you share with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering our services. We won't share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, we can't guarantee specific results (like exact rankings, follower counts, or sales numbers) as these depend on many factors beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. You're responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
